This is a belt clip, a holster part made by LEO COMBAT. It's made of lightweight and durable glass fiber reinforced plastic.
I think it's famous for Kydex sheaths for Kiku knives, etc. I think it's the same manufacturer. Although I didn't buy it from Yamashita or Kiku, I think it's the same.
It's a new, unused item that I had as a spare.

The button on the top of the belt clip opens and closes to allow removal from the belt when pressed, and can be locked to prevent it from falling off the belt when slid sideways.
There are 9 holes on the back for attaching sheaths and holsters. Accessories include 2 screws and 2 rubber washers for securing the sheath or holster.
When attaching the sheath for LEO COMBAT's knife, Triple O, the knife will be vertical to the belt clip (horizontal when worn on the waist, parallel to the belt). Please be aware.
